Before entering the competition, you will be presumed to have read and accepted the following information:
1) The organizer and promoter of this competition is the Mastertronic Group Limited of 2 Stonehill, Stukeley Meadows, Huntingdon, Cambs. PE29 6ED (the “Arranger”).
2) The winner will be drawn at random from the correct answers received.
3) The closing date of this competition is midnight on Wednesday 31st March 2010.
4) The winner will win the prize specified on the competition Web page. (Winners will be expected to provide proof of age in cases where games are restricted to certain ages. If winners are below the required age, they can select alternative games currently sold from the Mastertronic website to the equivalent value of the stated competition prize(s).)
5) No cash alternative or transfer of prizes will be allowed. The Arranger reserves the right to replace the competition prize with one of equal value.
6) The Arranger will contact the prize-winner by e-mail.
7) The prize-winner must acknowledge his/her acceptance of the prize to the Arranger within 14 days of notification by the Arranger otherwise an alternative winner may be drawn from the remaining entries.
8) If the Arranger is unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the notification or if the winner fails to comply with any of the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner shall be drawn from the remaining entries.
9) This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. No admission fee or purchase is necessary to participate. One entry per person.
10) The decisions of the Arranger’s judging committee concerning all matters related to this competition are final.
11) The Arranger will not engage itself to any communication on the procedural issues or the results of the competition.
12) The competition is not open to employees (or their families) of the Arranger, their affiliates or agents.
